  55.    In the Windows File Manager, select File/Run and type d:\---\setup
  56.    (replace the d:\--- with the drive letter and directory that contain
  57.    the MsCode files) and press enter.

  59.    You will be asked which drive to install MsCode to, with C:\MSCODE as
  60.    the default. If you have the DOS version of MsCode and want to keep
  61.    it, you should change the directory name, otherwise the Windows
  62.    version will overwrite the DOS version.

  93.      MsCode is not and has never been public domain, nor is it free ware.
  94.      MsCode is copyrighted by Ken Bradford and any unauthorized use
  95.      inconsistent with the terms of this license is an infringement of

  98.      MsCode may be used without registration for 30 days for evaluation.
  99.      The use of MsCode beyond the 30 days, requires registration.

  101.      The use of unlicensed copies by any person, business, corporation,
  102.      government agency or any other entity is strictly prohibited. After
  103.      the 30 day evaluation period, you must either register the software
  104.      or erase it.
